THE SAGA CONTINUES

A diverse team of authors unite to interpret how an alien presence would interact with the human condition over a time period that spans from the dawn of man to the present. The stories will cross genres and genders, allowing for entirely different narratives and insights on historical events and the human experience.

What if an alien civilization landed a probe on Earth at the dawn of mankind? What if this probe, a form of artificial intelligence, could morph into any human form, take on any human identity, either male or female? What if this probe had a lifespan of hundreds of thousands of years and was on a mission to report everything it could about us to its home planet? And finally, what would this humanoid observe and learn over centuries of human existence when placed inside the hot crucible of life on this planet?

The possibilities are endless.

A new crop of stories emerges with The Prometheus Saga 2, adding depth and breadth to the original volume. Each story will be available individually July 27, 2018.

The Prometheus Saga, the first volume, is available individually and in a collected volume.

The probe keeps watch

The probe is one of us. Almost. It possesses a nuclear quantum computer brain, emitting a low-level electromagnetic field. It manipulates DNA and stem cells, healing itself as needed. It dies, but remains immortal. It enters human societies, adopting any guise, any race, any gender, any age it wishes, following a three-month metamorphosis. It witnesses the events, great and small, good and bad, that shape our destiny.

The probe keeps watch.

Everything it sees, hears, feels, experiences, and thinks, it flashes instantaneously across a thousand light-years, in real-time quantum-entangled communication with the intelligence that sent it here.

The probe keeps watch.

And sometimes it acts.
